Midstate Institute of Surgery
The Midstate Institute of Surgery (MIS) was founded in 2008. It was the idea and vision of Drs Louis and Sandra Costa. The goal of MIS is to provide our patients with the highest of standards in quality surgical care using a minimally invasive approach with accepted cutting edge technology and to provide appropriate patient education allowing patients to make informed decisions about their surgical treatment while becoming active participants in their recovery and healing. The goal of the skilled MIS staff is to provide our patients and their families with support through education and empathy and to assure patient understanding throughout the surgical experience — before, during and after an operation or procedure.
